Konfidental supports professional dental workflows, not direct medical decision-making.
Product terms shaped around dental lab and clinic workflows.
These terms summarize how Konfidental may be used, what customers are responsible for inside the platform, and how subscriptions, approvals, and account access work across the product.
Teams are responsible for user permissions, uploaded case materials, and final approvals.
Plan terms, support scope, and billing commitments depend on the selected subscription.
Platform scope
Konfidental provides software for dental labs and clinics to manage case intake, AI-assisted design workflows, doctor review, approvals, and production handoff. The service is intended for professional workflow coordination and design support, not for emergency care or direct patient treatment decisions.
Accounts and workspace access
Customers are responsible for the users invited into their workspace, the permissions assigned to each role, and the security of account credentials. Access should be limited to authorized team members, clinicians, designers, and administrators working on legitimate cases.
Clinical responsibility and approvals
AI-generated suggestions, visual previews, and workflow recommendations are support tools only. Final review, approval, treatment suitability, and manufacturing decisions remain the responsibility of the licensed clinician, lab, or authorized operator using the platform.
Case content and acceptable use
You may upload scans, case notes, design references, and review materials only if you have the right to use them and they are relevant to your workflow. You may not use Konfidental to upload unlawful content, infringing materials, malicious files, or data unrelated to legitimate dental operations.
Subscription, billing, and plan changes
Paid access is governed by the selected plan, subscription term, and any custom enterprise agreement. Plan limits, pricing, support levels, and onboarding scope may vary by tier. Upgrades, downgrades, renewals, and cancellations are handled according to the commercial terms agreed with Konfidental.
Availability, updates, and support
We may improve, update, or refine features, interfaces, AI-assisted outputs, and security controls as the product evolves. We aim to keep the platform reliable, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance windows, bug fixes, and support response levels may vary by plan.
Data handling and retention
Case materials, account details, review history, and audit activity are handled according to Konfidental privacy and security practices. Customers remain responsible for configuring internal retention expectations, user access, and any clinic or lab compliance obligations tied to their own operations.
Termination and misuse
We may suspend or terminate access where accounts are used in violation of these terms, create security risk, abuse platform resources, or interfere with other customers. Customers may stop using the service in accordance with their subscription terms, but remain responsible for fees and obligations already incurred.
